What We Offer
Group Coaching
StrongHer is a group coaching experience designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence through simple, sustainable habits. It’s a calm but motivating space where you’ll focus on showing up regularly, training with intent, and fuelling your body properly ~ alongside a supportive community of women. You’ll have structure and guidance without pressure or extremes, so you can create routines that fit real life and actually stick.
Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Training is coached strength training in a supportive, small-group setting (2-3 women). You’ll follow a structured session with exercises adapted to your level, so you get proper guidance without the pressure of training alone. It’s ideal if you want consistency, confidence, and community ~ with the feel of personal training, just shared.
1:1 Personal Training
1:1 Personal Training is coached strength training in a fully personalised, face-to-face setting. Each session is tailored entirely to you ~ your goals, your ability, and where you’re currently at ~ so you get focused guidance, real-time feedback, and complete support throughout. It’s ideal if you want maximum attention, faster progression, and the confidence that comes from having a coach right there with you every step of the way.
1:1 Online Coaching
Online Coaching is personalised strength and habit-based coaching delivered remotely, with structure, guidance, and accountability built in. You’ll follow a tailored training programme and receive nutrition and lifestyle support designed around your goals, routine, and experience level ~ so you can build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits without extremes. It’s ideal if you want expert support, clear direction, and real accountability, while still training independently on your own schedule.

Sessions are limited to 2-3 women to keep the coaching personal. Once a session is full, it will no longer be available to book.
