Hi, I’m Christina ~ a women-only strength coach who believes fitness should add to your life, not take over it.
I work with women who want to feel confident in the gym, build real strength, and improve their relationship with food ~ without fad diets, pressure, or constantly starting over. I coach women to get strong.
Strength training is about more than lifting weights ~ it builds confidence, resilience, and trust in your body. When training is paired with realistic nutrition and supportive habits, fat loss becomes a by-product rather than the sole focus.
No cutting out food groups.
