Hi I’m Christina!

Women's Strength Coach, founder of StrongHer and your biggest cheerleader when it comes to building confidence in the gym.

I'm passionate about helping women build strength, confidence and sustainable habits without fad diets, all-or-nothing thinking or constantly starting over.

For me, fitness isn't about becoming the smallest version of yourself, it's about becoming stronger, more capable and more confident in what your body can do.

That's exactly why I created StrongHer: a supportive coaching community where women can build strength, celebrate wins and realise they're capable of far more than they think.

My coaching philosophy:

Strength training is about more than lifting weights, it's about building confidence, resilience and trust in your body.

I've seen too many women blame themselves when a plan doesn't work, when the reality is that the plan was never sustainable to begin with.

That's why my coaching focuses on realistic training, practical nutrition and habits that fit around busy schedules and real life.

Why I Created StrongHer

Throughout my own fitness journey, I realised how lonely it can feel when you're the only person around you prioritising their health and fitness.

When you're choosing the gym over a lie-in, working towards goals, building new habits and trying to become a stronger version of yourself, it can sometimes feel like nobody else really understands.

I remember wishing I had a community of women who just got it. Women who would celebrate the wins, support each other through the challenges and remind one another why they started in the first place.

That's why I created StrongHer.

Not just as a coaching programme, but as a supportive community where women can build strength, confidence and sustainable habits together.

Because whilst training plans and nutrition matter, I truly believe that having the right people in your corner can make all the difference.

StrongHer is a place where women support women, celebrate progress and learn that they don't have to do this journey alone.

A few things about me…

Outside of coaching, I love lifting weights, hiking, spending time with my black Labrador and listening to rock music.

I believe fitness should support your life, not take over it, and some of my favourite moments are helping women realise they're capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Because strength isn't just about the gym, it's about confidence, resilience and showing yourself what you're capable of.
