Meet Memphis
Memphis lost 15kg, built incredible strength and developed the confidence to push far beyond her original goals.

But her journey didn't stop there.
Inspired by her own transformation, Memphis went on to qualify as a kickboxing coach and is now building her own fitness business, helping others improve their health and confidence too.
