For women currently enrolled in Lite Coaching, Elevate, or Group Coaching who want additional hands-on support in the gym.

This is perfect if you:

  • Want help refining technique

  • Are working towards specific strength goals (pull-ups, barbell lifts, confidence under load)

What’s included:

  • 60-minute in-person session

  • Technique breakdown and coaching

  • Individual feedback aligned with your programme

Because you’re already committed to coaching, you’ll receive access to an exclusive client rate.

£35 per session (exclusive rate for current coaching clients)
